A 10-years-old boy with asymptomatic, linear, and whorled plaques located to the right axilla. These velvety verrucous plaques tend to follow linear patterns on the skin known as lines of Blaschko. Unilateral extended linear nevus verrucosus - lateral aspect. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 2.
