Dural AV Fistula, MRA
This coronal (from the front) 3D time of flight (tof) intracranial MRA (Magnetic Resonance Angiogram) source image shows numerous enlarged, tortuous vessels in the occipital scalp bilaterally compatible with enlarged occipital arteries which supply the dural AV fistula around the region of the transverse sinus. Also visible are multiple enlarged, tortuous vessels within and around the transverse sinus on the viewer's right. These changes are compatible with a high-flow dural AV fistula in and around a partially occluded transverse sinus (on the viewer's right).
