Dural AV Fistula, MRA

This lateral (from the side) view from a conventional catheter cerebral angiogram during the late arterial phase shows a large tangle of enlarged, tortuous vessels in the occipital region with prominent venous filling compatible with enlarged arterial feeders which supply the dural AV fistula around the region of the transverse sinus.
