This lateral (from the side) view from a conventional catheter cerebral angiogram during the early arterial phase shows numerous enlarged, tortuous vessels in the occipital region with subtle venous filling compatible with enlarged arterial feeders which supply the dural AV fistula around the region of the transverse sinus.
